How to send an RFQ
Use the enquiry form or email sales@isovoltech.com. Attachments — bills of materials, datasheets, drawings and nameplate photos — are welcome by email. A complete RFQ includes:
- Manufacturer and full part or order number for each line
- Quantity and unit of measure
- Delivery location (site, city or port) and preferred Incoterm
- Required-by date
- Whether equivalent brands are acceptable
- Documents and certificates you need with the goods
What our quotations include
Each quotation is backed by at least two supplier sources where available. Authorised and equivalent options are labelled separately, so you always know whether an item is the exact part or a proposed alternative. Quotations and documents can be issued in English or Arabic.
Company documents for vendor registration
Isovoltech LLC holds trade licence no. 2646052.01, Sharjah Media City (Shams). For supplier onboarding, vendor portals and due-diligence reviews, the following are available on request from sales@isovoltech.com:
- Trade licence
- VAT registration certificate (UAE FTA)
- Corporate tax registration certificate
- Company profile and line card
- Bank account confirmation on company letterhead
- Completed supplier questionnaires and KYC / due-diligence forms
Shipping documents and certificates
List the documents you need in the RFQ so they are included in the quotation:
- Commercial invoice and packing list with every shipment
- Certificate of origin issued through the UAE Chamber of Commerce
- Manufacturer test reports, calibration certificates and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, where the manufacturer issues them
- ATEX / IECEx certificates for hazardous-area equipment
- Dangerous-goods documentation for DG-class items
- Third-party inspection or factory acceptance testing, when specified in the RFQ
Where we deliver
Isovoltech is based in Sharjah, UAE, and supplies customers across the UAE and the GCC — Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar — with export to East Africa and North Africa. For destinations that require pre-export verification of conformity (PVoC), give the destination country at RFQ stage so the inspection is planned into the delivery schedule.
Frequently asked questions
What information do you need to quote quickly?
Manufacturer, full part number, quantity, delivery location and required date. Nameplate photos and datasheets remove most clarification rounds.
Do you offer equivalent brands?
Only when you allow it. Exact parts and proposed equivalents are shown separately on the quotation so the choice stays with you.
Can you ship outside the UAE?
Yes — across the GCC and on export to East Africa and North Africa. Give the destination and preferred Incoterm in your RFQ.
Can you provide documents for our vendor registration?
Yes. Trade licence, VAT and corporate tax registration certificates, company profile, bank confirmation and completed due-diligence forms are available on request.
Do you provide certificates of origin?
Yes, certificates of origin are issued through the UAE Chamber of Commerce.
