Rotating equipment
Industrial induction motors from 0.37 kW to 1500 kW cover the bulk of plant rotating power, with IE3 (premium efficiency) the new floor for new-installation purchasing in most GCC countries. Geared motors and stand-alone gearboxes (helical, bevel-helical, worm, planetary) match motor speed to driven equipment — conveyors, mixers, mill drives. Industrial compressors split into reciprocating (oil-injected and oil-free), screw (rotary), and centrifugal designs, with screw compressors dominating the 7.5–500 kW air-supply range. Vibration analysis and laser shaft alignment are recommended at commissioning and at every major overhaul.
Heat-transfer equipment
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers (TEMA E, F, J, K, X) are the workhorse of refinery, petrochemical, and HVAC heat duties from 50 kW to 50 MW. Plate-and-frame heat exchangers (gasketed, brazed, or welded) suit clean-fluid duties under 200 °C with significantly higher heat-transfer coefficient and smaller footprint. Air-cooled heat exchangers (fin-fan coolers) are common in UAE refinery service where cooling water is scarce. Cooling towers (open or closed-circuit) reject low-grade heat from process and HVAC chillers; selection covers approach, range, and drift-eliminator efficiency.
Bearings, seals, and small parts
Rolling-element bearings (deep-groove ball, angular contact, spherical roller, taper roller) and plain bearings (sleeve, thrust pad) match shaft loading, speed, and lubrication regime. Mechanical seals (single, double, gas-barrier) handle pump shaft sealing, with API 682 the reference standard for refinery and petrochemical service. Gaskets (spiral-wound, ring-type-joint, kammprofile, sheet) seal flanged joints; selection matches operating pressure-temperature, fluid compatibility, and bolting class.
Spare parts service
When a critical machine fails, the path to restart is usually obstructed by parts logistics. Isovoltech maintains direct supply relationships with OEMs (so ordered parts ship from manufacturer warehouses, not third-party stock), plus a network of qualified aftermarket producers for items where genuine parts are obsolete or have unacceptable lead times. We accept unstructured part requests (photo + nameplate, drawing extract, even hand-drawn sketches) and convert them into manufacturer part numbers within 24 hours.
